Eligibility & Enrollment
The Fall Clean Up program is a great opportunity for students, families and individuals to make a difference in the life of an elderly homeowner. A simple application is required at the time of registration. Volunteers are asked to rake leaves, clean up lawn debris and wash first floor windows. All supplies and detailed instructions are provided.

By volunteering for the Fall Clean Up Program you will:
- Have flexibility. Volunteers are able to work as their schedule permits. You may work a few hours or a whole day.

Information for Homeowners
Fall Clean Up Program is here to assist you with raking leaves, cleaning up lawn debris and washing first floor windows. All services provided by the Fall Clean Up Program are free, however donations are accepted. Homeowners are required to supply any materials needed for the service.
Eligibility and Enrollment
Winnebago County homeowners age 55 and over and those with disabilities are eligible for this service. Those in need of this service need to complete an application form. Homeowners are contacted in October with detailed information regarding scheduling.
