Homeless Assistance Program
Helping individuals and families experiencing homelessness find a solution.
The Homeless Assistance Program focuses on individuals and families at imminent risk of homelessness. (at-risk of homelessness, literal homelessness, fleeing or attempting to flee domestic violence).
ELIGIBILITY: Persons must be homeless, at imminent risk of homelessness (court ordered eviction, having to leave a motel, etc.), or fleeing/attempting to flee domestic violence.
Where to start:
- Potential participants must complete a Coordinated Entry Survey with a staff person.
- Eligibility for participating in the Homeless Program, and other options will be discussed at that time.

Bridges Program
Providing temporary emergency financial assistance to those in Winnebago County.
Eligible households may receive direct financial assistance towards eviction/ first months’ rent assistance, utility assistance, clothing & furniture vouchers, and employment related assistance such as bus passes, gas cards, car repairs, work boot and /or professional clothing vouchers.
ELIGIBILITY: Eligibility is based on current funding and specific eligibility requirements determined by phone intake with case manager. Assistance is not guaranteed.

- The Bridges Program applies to residents of Southern Winnebago County/Greater Oshkosh Area.
