Skills Enhancement Program

Assisting low-income individuals in gaining essential skills for job advancement and career growth.

The Skills Enhancement Program empowers participants to access educational opportunities in high-demand fields such as business, logistics, medical careers, manufacturing, welding, and childcare. Our program is designed to help individuals gain the skills needed for successful careers in these growing industries.

ELIGIBILITY: The program is open to adults who are working at least 20 hours a week and are at or below 150% of the federal poverty guideline.

  • Tuition, books, & other required supplies
  • Mileage reimbursement to and from school
  • Childcare expenses while attending class

  • Once application is complete, a meeting will be scheduled to discuss options.

Nursing Skills Program

Offering support to individuals looking to start or advance their career in nursing.

Whether you're beginning your nursing career or seeking to advance, ADVOCAP's Nursing Skills Program provides the support and training you need to achieve your nursing goals.

ELIGIBILITY: This program is available to anyone who resides in Fond du Lac, Green Lake, or Winnebago Counties, other eligibility requirements vary, please contact us for more information.
