Work N Wheels Program

Helping those in need find a reliable, affordable vehicle to get to work.

The Work N Wheels program helps participants find reliable, affordable transportation, creating the ability to apply for better paying jobs with benefits, or commuting to other areas that offer employment opportunities.

ELIGIBILITY: Prospective participants must live in Calumet, Green Lake, Fond du Lac, or Winnebago Counties, be currently and continuously employed for three months, working at least 20 hours per week, and possess a valid Wisconsin Driver's License.

Application Process for the Work N Wheels Program:
  • Contact Sue Pomplun to find out if you qualify for services.
  • Qualified individuals will be sent an application.
  • Once the application is complete Sue will contact you to schedule a meeting.
How to Contact ADVOCAP for assistance applying for the Work N Wheels Program:
Possible Options:
  • Car loans up to $7,000 at 0% interest
  • Up to 75% of the cost for necessary repairs up to $1,000 to qualified applicants in order to bring their vehicle to safe working condition

Funds For Fines Program

Helping low-income drivers to drive legally and responsibly by reinstating their driving privileges.

Funds for Fines provides loans to individuals whose fines are due to traffic and/or parking citations that have resulted in suspension or revocation of driver's license or vehicle registration. 

ELIGIBILITY: The loan must be enough to reinstate the applicant’s driving privileges.

  • Qualified individuals will be sent an application.
  • Once the application is complete Sue will contact you to schedule a meeting.
